Crews Pay

This is the rates in which each rank will be paid- a percentage of the total loot collected
Each Rank's percent is spread between them equally. Example- the Mates get 10%, but if there are two mates, they'll each get 5%. All crew member with apprentices pay the apprentice based on an agreement made by the mentor and their apprentice.

Captain: 16%

Lieutenant/Deputy: 12%

Mates: 10%

Master: 8%

Boatswain: 8%

Coxswains: 8% (there will be several)

Gunners: 10% (several here too...)

Carpenter: 4%

Cook: 5%

Quartermaster: 8%

Pilot: 4%

Doctor: 5%

will apprentices take away from their mentors pay?
For instance, if the quartermaster has 8% and the apprentice gets 3% will the Q.M only get 5%

Yeah basically the its up to the mentor to decide on how much is paid to the apprentice and it comes out of their pay.
